The Triathlon Clinic on Saturday we hosted at the YMCA was a great success. We had a room full of women from every level of athlete.  Several people stayed around afterward with additional questions. One of the common questions we here at our clinics is about training programs.

Training schedules are something that should be tailored to you individually. It’s not a one-size fits all because each person is at a different level, trying to achieve different goals.

Grand Rapids Triathlon
