New this year:
Triathlete training is hard on your body and triathletes are often driven to push themselves to the limit. This increases the risk of overuse injury unless you take time to bring your body back into balance. Athlete Yoga is committed to helping athletes maintain a balanced body. Join us after the Race Day Clinic for a quick 30 minute “Athlete Recovery Yoga” class designed to help give your body the re-set it needs to help you perform better and reduce the risk of overuse and acute injury.
Athlete Yoga is dedicated to bringing yoga TO athletes. We specialize in yoga for kids’ sports teams, beginner and athlete yoga for adults. Questions? Email us at AthleteYoga.email@example.com . Find us on Facebook AthleteYoga.org and on Instagram AthleteYoga.org616
